1. Introduction: Aall In Limo & Party Bus. is offering a FREE Brewery Tour once a month to a lucky winner in a luxurious limo. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to San Diego County residents twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Aall In Limo & Party Bus., and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 1st of the every month at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on and ends at 12:00 p.m. PST on the 29th of every month, including weekends. The Giveaway is only valid on the following weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. The following holidays are not eligible for the Giveaway: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Marthin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

4. How to Enter: During the month upload a video that features you explaining why you think you should win the free Brewery Tour. If you have used our services before you may submit a video about your previous experience. Limit one (1) submission per person.

5. Winning: In the first five business days of each month, one (1) qualified winner will be selected by Aall In Limo & Party Bus from among all eligible entries received. Aall In Limo's & Party Bus decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be notified by an email message and on our Facebook Page and Aall In Limo & Party Bus will request your name, phone number and email. Aall In Limo & Party Bus is responsible for notifying all winners and providing their information. If a potential winner is unreachable, Aall In Limo & Party Bus may award the Prize to an alternate entrant.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded limousine service with a maximum retail value of US $550, including all taxes, fees (service charge is not included). All limousine service must be arranged on behalf of the winner and must be scheduled and utilized within one month of the award date. Any service arranged by the winner independently and without Aall In Limo & Party Bus prior written consent will not be honored. Aall In Limo & Party Bus will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner's acceptance or use of the prize. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or substitutions of prizes may be made. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Contest winner will receive four (4) free consecutive hours in a 9 passenger stretch limousine. Hours must be consecutive no split time allowed. Maxim number of passengers is nine. Pick up location must be within 30 miles from zip code 92101. A Maxim of 50 miles of travel is allowed. Winner may choose to be picked up anytime between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on the day of the brewery tour. No cash value, refunds or rescheduling allowed.

7.Conditions: Aall In Limo & Party Bus is not responsible for lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures. Aall In Limo & Party Bus reserves the right to terminate or modify this Giveaway at any time in the event of any intervention with the Giveaway beyond the control of Aall In Limo & Party Bus. In such event, Aall In Limo & Party Bus reserves the right to select a winner from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entrants agree to indemnify Aall In Limo & Party Bus. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies from and against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway you agree to the use of your name and likeness and entry for promotional purposes, without payment or compensation to you (except where prohibited by law).

8. Governing Law: This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The Federal and State courts located in the county of San Francisco, California will be the exclusive venue for any disputes under this Giveaway, and all entrants hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
